PURPOSE: A panel structure is provided to restrain the transformation of a panel and to improve the lowering of a sound insulating effect by the influence of curved waves. CONSTITUTION: The panel structure contains main panel bodies(21,22) forming the surface of a panel, a support member(24) placed on the outer circumference of the main panel bodies(21,22) to support the main panel bodies(21,22), and a transformation absorber installed among the main panel bodies(21,22) and the support member(24) to limit the transformation of a support member(24) by tolerating the transformation of the main panel bodies(21,22). The support member(24) contains an outer frame(32) forming the outer circumference of a panel and a pressure member(36) connected to the outer frame(32) and placed parallel to the surface of the main panel body to support the main panel body against the outer frame(32) and settles a space for housing the main panel body. The main panel body is formed to be smaller than the space for housing a main panel body settled by the support member(24) and provided with a space between the section of the main panel body and the section of the pressure member(36).
