PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of coated fabric using air suction is characterized by coating fabric with a mixture and sucking the mixture with an air suction device, heating the fabric to dry the fabric and to stuff the mixture into gaps of the coated fabric close together, increasing elasticity, minimizing tearing, maintaining waterproof property and improving quality. CONSTITUTION: Coated fabric is obtained by the steps of: setting fabric on an upper side of an air suction device; coating an upper side of the fabric with a mixture, and simultaneously sucking the mixture with air pressure; and then injecting hot blast on a dryer at 100-200deg.C for 1-5min. to dry and to harden the mixture. In the air suction device, air suction pressure is 1-20kg/cm¬2. The mixture comprises 60-80wt.% of liquid silicone, 5.0-10wt.% of a hardening agent, 10-30wt.% of silicone oil and 0.1-2.0wt.% of a thickening agent.
