The perambulator has a chassis (1) and an inclinable hammock (2) mounted on the chassis (1). The hammock has a backrest (21) and a seat (22) articulated with respect to each other, and a calf-rest (23) susceptible to the seat. A non permanent linking unit between the backrest and the calf-rest permits to selectively subjugate inclinations of the calf-rest and the backrest with respect to each other.
