PURPOSE: A device and a method are provided to obtain a two-slot desktop travel adaptor and a two-slot desktop travel charger, by permitting a travel adaptor to have a travel charger function. CONSTITUTION: A device comprises an adaptor(420) and a charger unit(430). The adaptor includes a travel charger for receiving AC power and generating a first power voltage, and a travel adaptor for generating a second power voltage. The charger unit includes a first slot for receiving the first power voltage from the travel charger of the adaptor and charging a terminal(431), and a second slot for receiving the second power voltage from the travel adaptor of the adaptor and charging a battery.
