The device has two straps (1) originating from mechanical rollers (2) that are fixed on right and left of upper front face of a trouser about the height of belt passage. The rollers have hair springs for energizing and packaging the straps, when the straps are unutilized. The rollers are welded with ventral plates (3) which have holes (4) for passage of rivets (5) or clipping heads that fix them in plastic plates (6).
