METHOD OF REAL-TIME VIDEO MONITORING SERVICE USING A CAMERA PHONE TO MONITOR A DESIRED TARGET BY TEMPORARILY INSTALLING THE CAMERA PHONE AT A CERTAIN POSITION

PURPOSE: A method of real-time video monitoring service using a camera phone is provided to monitor a desired target by temporarily installing the camera phone at a certain position, thereby reducing installation costs of a monitoring system. CONSTITUTION: A registration server(130) determines whether a camera phone(110) can be registered as a monitoring camera or not, wherein a camera and a camera control module are installed in the camera phone capable of connection to wireless internet(S220). The camera phone capable of registration is registered as the monitoring camera(S230). When the registration server receives a request for information on the registered camera phone from a lookout monitor(140) via the internet(S240), it supplies the information thereon to the lookout monitor(S250). The lookout monitor decides one camera phone and requests video data by using an IETF(Internet Engineering Task Force) SIP(Session Initiation Protocol)(S260). The decided camera phone and a video channel of the lookout monitor are connected to RTP(Real-Time Transfer Protocol)/ RTCP(Real-Time Control Protocol)(S270). The video data photographed by the camera phone is transmitted to the lookout monitor in real time(S280).
