<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support the sale of a right to have for a fixed period fixed-term ownership of a unit of overseas property for sale. <P>SOLUTION: A method for selling a right to have a weekly unit fixed-term ownership to a unit of overseas property for sale, to be freely executed for a fixed period of the year, includes: a means for posting property unit information, a sales procedure support method and after-sales service information from a seller to a server computer; a means for establishing connection to the server computer provided by the seller and providing overseas property unit information and other necessary information according to search information input from a user terminal; and a supporting means for notifying the user terminal of the property information retrieved via a network to provide the overseas property information and after-sales service information at home, and creating documents necessary for registration.
