PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner of construction machinery capable of improving habitability of an operating room, the construction machinery equipped therewith and a filter unit used therefor. SOLUTION: The air conditioner for air-conditioning the inside of the operating room 7 of a large-sized hydraulic shovel 1 is equipped with an operating room bed 8, the operating room 7 provided on the operating room bed 8, air-conditioning units 24A, 24B and 24C provided on the inside of the operating room bed 8, air outlets 26A, 26B and 26C connected to exhaust sides of the air-conditioning units 24A, 24B and 24C and provided on the inside of the operating room 7, an air inlet 20 connected to a suction side of the air-conditioning units 24A, 24B and 24C and provided on the inside of the operating room 7 and the filter unit 22 provided between the air inlet 20 and the suction side of the air-conditioning units 24A, 24B and 24C.
