PURPOSE: A parallel distributed processing device through share of computer resources on the Internet and a method thereof are provided to construct/offer a parallel/distributed processing device at a low price by utilizing the idle resources of each PC. CONSTITUTION: A provider(200) is equipped with computers to perform communication through the Internet by sharing an IP(Internet Protocol) address with each other, and provides a service to a user(100) by processing a parallel/distributed process task requested from a user with use of the resources of the shared computers. A billing server(300) orders the provider to perform the task by receiving price needed for the processing the task from the user and settles a quantity performed by the computer of the provider.
