PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a competition management method for a new application in a multitask operation. SOLUTION: An execution list 61 where an active application is registered, and a waiting list 62 where a standby application is registered, are provided to an application manager 25. When the competition of the applications occurs, an application management block 64 determines whether the applications are shifted to certain states (start, end, standby etc) or not on the basis of the priority of the states, referring to a competition condition table corresponding to the states of the active application and the standby application which are registered in the lists 61 and 62, respectively. An application control block 65 performs the competition management of applications by shifting the applications to the certain states determined by the application management block 64.
