PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means, in which drops of water flowing down along the outer surface of an exhaust pipe are made not to be discharged from an outlet. SOLUTION: A swirl vane 12 is arranged at an annular space 11 formed between an outer cylinder and an inner cylinder of the exhaust pipe 10. An upper portion of the annular space 11 is connected with an inlet 4, and the inside of the inner cylinder of the exhaust pipe 10 is connected, at the upper portion, with an outlet 5. A pivoting chamber 14 is formed under the annular space 11, a liquid pool chamber 15 is formed under the pivoting chamber 14, and a lower end of the liquid pool chamber 15 is connected with a drain outlet 8. A drainer portion 16 spreading toward a lower edge portion of the inner cylinder of the exhaust pipe 10 is formed, and an outer surface of the drainer portion 16 is covered with a water repellant material 20. The drops of water flowing down along the outer surface of the inner cylinder in the exhaust pipe 10 are guided and separated outside on the outer surface of the drainer portion 16.
