<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new beta-crystal form of perindopril tert-butylamine salt. <P>SOLUTION: The method for production of a beta-crystal form of the compound expressed by formula 1, comprises collecting solid obtained by heating at refluxing a solution of the perindopril tert-butylamine salt in dichloromethane, rapidly cooling to 0°C and then filtering product solid, or heating at refluxing the perindopril ter-butylamine salt solution of ethyl acetate, rapidly cooling to 5°C and then filtering the product solid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
