The upper block (1) has a bore (12) with a fluid inlet (15) and holds tubes (3) the other end of which has the lower block (2) with connecting bores. The tubes carry electric resistance heaters and the blocks are clamped by threaded bolts passing through holes (4). A hole (17) houses the UV tube.
