FRONT ASSEMBLY OF A VEHICLE, COMPOSED OF A BUMPER REINFORCING UNIT AND A FRONT FRAME SEPARABLY CONNECTED TO AN END OF A MAIN FRAME

摘要

PURPOSE: A front assembly of a vehicle is provided to separate and replace only deformed parts if shock absorbing members disposed in the front side of the vehicle are terribly deformed by shock applied from the outside. CONSTITUTION: A front assembly of a vehicle is composed of a bumper reinforcing unit(20) comprising a hollow horizontal member extended in the width direction of the vehicle and a front frame(40) of which one end supports the bumper reinforcing unit and the other side is separably connected to the end of a main frame(30) of the vehicle. The main frame and the front frame are connected by flanges(32,42) formed at each end of the main and front frames. A sub frame connected with a wheel is disposed at the lower side of the front frame to disperse and absorb shock applied on the front frame.
