The system has a filter (124) for purifying a coolant e.g. water, flowing in the cooling system. A filter bypass (150) limits a purity of the coolant. A chiller (120) is used for removing heat from the coolant. A circulating pump moves the coolant through a chiller loop. The chiller loop of the system is a closed loop. The filter bypass has a valve for controlling a flow of coolant through the bypass. An independent claim is also included for a method for controlling purity of a coolant. |
