FOAM PAD WITH HEAT WIRE BURIED THEREIN AND MOLD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME TO IMPROVE USER COMFORT

PURPOSE: A foam pad and a mold are provided to achieve improved user comfort by burying heat wire in a pad body such that temperature difference caused due to non-uniformity of heating operation is not sensed by users. CONSTITUTION: A foam pad comprises a pad body(200) which is foam molded into a shape corresponding to the shape of a vehicle seat or a bed; and a heat wire(300) buried into the portion of the pad body serving as a heating area such that the heat wire generates heat by the power applied from an external source. A mold for producing a foam pad, comprises a plurality of guide members protruded from an inner bottom surface of a lower mold unit, such that a heat wire is wound along the guide members.
