PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable pin array in which pins can easily and exactly be arranged at high density with a simple configuration, and to provide a method for manufacturing the movable pin array. SOLUTION: The movable pin array 1 is characterized in that it has a plurality of pins 2 and a guide part 5 for supporting the each pin 2 to be freely movable; the guide part 5 is constituted by bundling a plurality of pipes 6 together; and the each pin 2 is supported by respective pipes 6 so as to be freely movable. The each pin 2 includes a pin main body 3 which is inserted into the respective pipes so as to be freely movable, and head parts 4 which are respectively arranged at both end parts of the pin main body 3 projecting from both ends of the pipe 6 and are larger than the hole part of the pipe 6.
