<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide reinforcing fiber bundle for a composite material that has excellent handleability and can manifest excellent mechanical characteristics, when the fiber is used as a composite material. <P>SOLUTION: The reinforcing fiber are bundled by using a bundling component to give the reinforcing fiber bundles.
