PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag-in-box housing apparatus for a water server which facilitates the replacement operation in replacing the bag-in-box of the water server wherein simply the bag-in-box can be taken out from a shelf and which ensures safety without dropping the shelf. SOLUTION: The bag-in-box housing apparatus for the water server is provided with a cooler body 11 having an opening part 12 at front, a refrigeration device 16 to cool the inside of the cooler body, a bag-in-box 15 having a water faucet 14 to be stored within the cooler body 11, a shelf 13 mounting the bag-in-box thereon, a door 17 sealing the opening part 12 of the cooler body 11, an opening part 18 for the water faucet provided to the door 17 and exposing the water faucet 14 of the bag-in-box from the door 17, and an upper and lower heat insulation members 26, 27 to seal and insulate heat the opening part 18 for the water faucet provided in division so as to sandwich the water faucet 14 from a vertical direction. A rotary plate 21 provided rotatably in the vertical direction at the end of the shelf 11, the lower heat insulating member 26 is fixed to the rotary plate 21, while the upper heat insulating member 27 is provided detachably to either the rotary plate 21 or the lower heat insulating member 26.
