<p>PURPOSE:To smoothly rotate a rotating member even when repeatedly used under high temperature. CONSTITUTION:A spring member 11 is provided around a flat cable 7 wound on a winding core 6. When a winding member is rotated clockwise according to the operation of a steering by this spring member 11, and the flat cable 7 is loosened from the winding member, extension of useless winding can be helped by the restoring force of the spring member 11, or the mechanical force of restoring in the outer direction of the winding core 6. Thus, the useless winding is extended, and the flat cable 7 sent into a second case through a cable passage can be wound on a winding core 6.</p> |
