<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pen drive equipped with practical functions other than a data-saving function. <P>SOLUTION: The device is provided with a memory module equipped with an interface device, and a container for containing the memory module. There is an opening at an upper end of the container, the opening is closed with an end cap, and a clasping means is provided to in outside the container which makes it convenient to clasp a pocket.
