PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device effective for pulling/fixing an external fixation wire at a certain pulling force. SOLUTION: The device comprises an external fixation wire holding means to hold an external fixation wire inserted therein, which allows the external fixation wire to be inserted into and prevents it from being pulled out, and an external fixation wire pulling means to apply a pulling force on the external fixation wire by pulling the external fixation wire holding means. Once an end of the external fixation wire is inserted to be set, just pulling it can apply a certain pulling force enough to fix. Therefore, workability of the pulling/fixing the external fixation wire can be improved, and working hours and labor for it can be reduced. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
