PREPLASTICIZING TYPE INJECTION EQUIPMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide preplasticizing type injection equipment which causes no strain of tension, compression, bending or others in a plasticizing cylinder and an injection cylinder even when a difference in thermal expansion in the longitudinal direction occurs between these cylinders. SOLUTION: This preplasticizing type injection equipment is made up by rigidly connecting the fore end part of a plasticizing device (1) and that of an injection device (10) by a connecting block (20) having a passage for a molten resin formed inside. The rear part of the plasticizing device (1) is fitted slidably longitudinally to that of the injection device (10) by the medium of slide parts (32, 37) provided with a linear guide member (33) in the longitudinal direction.
