PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating plant with a displacement adjustable first compressor 2A only for a refrigerating/freezing system, a second compressor 2B switchable between a refrigerating/freezing system and an air conditioning system, and a third compressor 2C only for the air conditioning system, having stabilized operation even at a high outside air temperature. SOLUTION: At the high outside air temperature in midsummer, e.g., the first compressor 2A is controlled to maintain its displacement without lowering the same during operation.
