PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple check valve for a water tank to be used for both of an anti-disaster tool capable of directly connecting water service to the water tank to always secure fresh water and an ordinary tool for watering a flower bed. SOLUTION: This check valve 7 is formed by molding an upper part of a drain pipe 6 into a thin blind pipe 8, forming a narrow part 9 at a split part position in a root of the blind pipe, and providing a split 10 formed by a knife at a position molded thinner. An upper part of the check valve 7 is formed with a thin fin 14 integrally projected with the valve, and tip of the fin is brought in pressure-contact with the inner wall of a draining connecting hose 12.
