PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hosting service or a network service utilizing networks which enable a user to view a desired program even if the user lives in an area outside the service area of broadcasting desired to be viewd by the user such as a television including overseas broadcasting. SOLUTION: The hosting service or the network service is so constituted that a device which can receive television broadcasting or the like, can make it into data, and can accumulate the data, is kept in the service area of the broadcasting which is desired to be viewd by the user. The user executes the remote control of a personal device of the user or a resource allocated to the user via the network, receives the broadcasting program, and records its image and a sound in the resource. The broadcasting data are transferred /reproduced to the device with a reproduction function owned by the user via the network.
