PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for appropriately using and notifying positions with different accuracies. SOLUTION: In mobile communication equipment 10, condition information indicating a position notifying condition inputted by a person to be retrieved is stored. The mobile communication equipment 10, when it needs to notify the position of itself, judges which one of the true position information of high accuracy and the pseudo position information of low accuracy should be transmitted according to the contents of the condition information and then notifies the appropriate one of the position information.
