PURPOSE: A device for mixing and injecting combustion accelerating agents for a coal boiler is provided to smoothly supply combustion accelerating agents, to improve combustion efficiency by manufacturing and injecting combustion accelerating agents in a single manufacturing line and maintain and to keep the safe combustion from excessive combustion in the initial stage. CONSTITUTION: A device for mixing and injecting combustion accelerating agents is composed of an oxygen water tank(10), and a first and a second mixing tank(20,30) having a mixing chamber(22) and an air supply pipe(24). The oxygen water tank has a storage chamber(2) for storing oxygen water generated by an oxygen-water generator(5). The oxygen water tank is connected to the first and second mixing tank by an oxygen-water supply pipe(6). A nozzle(41) is mounted to the end of a combustion accelerating agents supply pipe(42) connected to the first and second mixing tank, and is disposed at the coal input port side of the coal boiler. A quantitative pump(7) is installed at the middle part of the oxygen-water supply pipe. A solenoid valve(50) is mounted at the combustion accelerating agents supply pipe, and controls the nozzle to inject combustion accelerating agents after 10 seconds from the operation of a conveyor.
