PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating machine of high reliability and a simple structure. SOLUTION: A piezoelectric element 20 is incorporated in a pressure vibration part as a pressure vibration generating part 6, and high pressure amplitude can be obtained with a simple structure and high efficiency by optimizing the shape of the piezoelectric element, a spatial volume/pressure at front and rear parts of the piezoelectric element.
