PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a geothermal sources utilizing apparatus, heightening the thermal utilization. SOLUTION: This geothermal sources utilizing apparatus is adapted to transfer ground heat 1 to the air to be used in a building 2 or the like, and provided with a water pipe 4 and an air pipe 5. In the water pipe 4, a main pipe 41 and a branch pipe 42 provided in the direction of Z on the upper and lower sides are coupled, and a hot water pipe 6 is inserted to deliver remaining hot water in a bathtub and solar-heated water in a season requiring heating. The air pipe 5 surrounds the branch pipe 42 to pass the air and supply the hot air in an attic. Thus, the air in the air pipe and the water in the branch pipe are subjected to heat exchange, thereby lowering or raising the temperature of water in the branch pipe, and the water in the branch pipe descends or ascends to cause convection with water in the main pipe, and geothermal sources are taken in by the main pipe, whereby the temperature of the air can be effectively raised or lowered.
