PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a super abrasive grain wheel which is easy in fabrication and excellent in sharpness and service life, and also to provide a method for manufacturing it. SOLUTION: Since a grinding section having an end face partitioned into three minute tip faces is provided to each of a plurality of grinding stone members 16, a grinding face partitioned into a number of which the number of fixings is multiplied by the number of partitions is provided in the super adhesive grain wheel 10. For this reason, the number of the partitions of the grinding face is increased while keeping the number of the grinding stone members 16 adhering to a base metal 12 relatively small. Thus, the super adhesive grain wheel 10 which is easy in fabrication and excellent in sharpness and service life is obtained. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
