SEALANT DISPENSER FOR IMPROVING AN UNIFORMITY OF THE SEAL LINE IN THE PROCESS OF SEALING TWO SUBSTRATES OF A LIQUID CRYSTAL PANEL

摘要

PURPOSE: A sealant dispenser is provided to improve uniformity of a seal line in process of sealing two substrates of a liquid crystal panel by lowering the viscosity of the sealant using a heater for heating a sealant. CONSTITUTION: A sealant is contained in inner space of a body(10), An injection nozzle(120) is extended from the body, which is surrounded by a heater(130). The heater raises the temperature of the sealant by heating the body, thereby lowering viscosity of the sealant. As a result of low viscosity, the sealant is uniformly injected. The sealant is capable of having a temperature ranging from 20 to 40 by heating of the heater.
