PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puddling device enabling the depth adjustment of a ground-leveler during working by a simple constitution and also equipped with a displaying device for displaying the depth of the ground leveling. SOLUTION: This puddling device equipped with a machine frame body having a mounting mast mounted on a tractor, a soil crush-working part having a soil-crushing rotary installed at the machine frame body and a rotary cover body for covering the upper part of the soil-crushing rotary, a ground-leveler installed as freely rotating in up and down direction at the rear direction of the soil crush-working part and a ground-leveler-supporting link installed on the ground-leveler and the machine frame body, and installing an actuator freely elongating and contracting at the ground-leveling body-supporting link and the machine frame body for enabling the setting of the ground-leveling depth of the ground leveler optionally by the elongation and contracting action of the actuator is provided by installing the depth-displaying device showing the ground-leveling depth at the ground-leveler-supporting link and enabling that the ground-leveling depth displayed on the depth-displaying device is observable by an eyesight, so as to be able to perform the depth adjustment of the ground-leveler by a simple constitution and to improve its operating property.
