<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording device with a paper feed tray which does not undergo discoloration even if two or more sheets of reversible thermal printing media are left for a long period of time. <P>SOLUTION: In the recording device for rewriting on the reversible thermal printing media with a reversible thermal recording layer formed on a substrate and containing a reversible thermal composite which can form a relatively colored state by the difference of heating speed and/or cooling speed after heating by using an electron-donative coloring compound and an electron acceptive compound, a paper tray has a light transmittance of not higher than 10% in a wavelength of 350 mm as a paper feed unit, and a permeation density of 1.0 or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
