PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a duct joint and an air conditioning device capable of easily and effectively connecting ducts, and improving the heat insulating performance, in the air conditioning device such as a ventilator, a bath room ventilator, and an air conditioner. SOLUTION: A heat insulating part 22 for fixing the duct 11, is formed on an outer peripheral part of a cylindrical part 21 of the duct joint 20 mounted on the ventilator 1.
