PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous emulsion-type waterproof material excellent in infiltrativeness into porous material and exerting high waterproof effect over a long period, also high in long-term storage stability. SOLUTION: The aqueous emulsion-type waterproof material consists of an organosilicon compound emulsion comprising (A) an alkyltrialkoxysilane, (B) an alkylalkoxysiloxane and (C) an emulsifier. In this waterproof material, the weight ratio B/A is 1:(0.05-0.4), a total of the components A and B accounts for 40-80 wt.% of the whole emulsion, and the component C 0.2-10 wt.% of the whole emulsion.
