<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the total capacity of a buffer for adjusting the data timings in rake reception. <P>SOLUTION: Finger receivers 101 to 103 apply inverse spread processing to the received signals after A/D conversion for each path. Registers 104 to 106 temporarily latch the data after the inverse spread processing of each path. A switch 107 sequentially selects the data being a rake synthesis object among data latched in the registers 104 to 106. A buffer 109 stores an intermediate result of rake synthesis by each of received data. An adder 108 reads the rake synthesis intermediate result corresponding to the selected data from the buffer 109, adds the data selected by the switch 107 to the read rake synthesis intermediate result and provides an output of the rake synthesis intermediate result after update to the buffer 109. The buffer 109 outputs the rake synthesis intermediate result after the end of summation of all paths subjected to rake synthesis as a rake synthesis result of the data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
