PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure to smoothly and easily mount a wall-side core material to a hanging wall. SOLUTION: Mounting brackets 2 respectively having a receiving part 20 projected to an outer face side, are fixed to the hanging wall 9 against the wall at specific intervals in a state that the holding parts 20 are projected from the hanging wall 9, the wall-side core material 1 having a flange 11 and a mounting part 10 of a decorative tile on its front face side is supported by the holding parts 20, and the wall-side core material 1 is nailed to the hanging wall 9.
