PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve both performance and reliability by always stabilizing the delivery gas temperature of a refrigerating device by optimizing an initial liquid bypass flow rate. SOLUTION: This refrigerating device is constituted by connecting a compressor 1, a condenser 2, a liquid receiver 5, and a supercooler 3 in order. A liquid bypass passage 10 connected to the suction side of the compressor is arranged from the downstream side of the supercooler. This liquid bypass circuit has an opening-closing valve 12, and an electronic expansion valve 11, has a control means 16 for opening the opening-closing valve 12 when the compressor delivery side temperature becomes the preset temperature or more, and controlling opening of the electronic expansion valve 11 in response to a compressor driving frequency, and always operates at the stable delivery gas temperature, by controlling the initial liquid bypass flow rate in response to refrigerant circulating quantity of a refrigeration cycle.
