PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which can precisely detect the internal state of an electric storage device even in the actual usage condition in the market, after learning the amount of the internal state of the electric storage device on the basis of the information on the model of the electric storage device, in addition to the current value and the voltage value. SOLUTION: The system is equipped with the electric storage device for supplying the electric power to a vehicle-mounted electric device, a means for detecting the current value of the charge/discharge of the electric storage device, and a means for detecting the terminal voltage value of the electric storage device, and learns and outputs the amount of the internal state of the electric storage device, by means of a neural network having the inputs of the current value and the terminal voltage of the electric storage device, in which the information on the model of the electric storage device is inputted to the neural network.
