PURPOSE: A preparation method of recombinant ApxIIA toxin protein of Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae in yeast and the use thereof as an feedstuff additive are provided, thereby providing immunogenicity to a pig by orally feeding it with the recombinant ApxIIA toxin protein of Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method of recombinant ApxIIA toxin protein of Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae in yeast comprises the steps of: constructing an expression vector YEpGPD-TER-apxIIA producing the recombinant ApxIIA toxin structure protein; transforming yeast such as Saccharomyces cerevisiae with the expression vector; and culturing the transformed yeast to express the recombinant ApxIIA toxin structure protein. The feedstuff additive comprises the recombinant ApxIIA toxin structure protein.
