PURPOSE: A door lock system using an infrared method and a door handle thereof are provided to apply the commercial power to a receiver by adhering the receiver on a ceiling or a wall. CONSTITUTION: A door handle(500) is installed at an inner side and an outer side of a door(10). A door lock is used for locking or unlocking physically the door. A door lock driver is used for outputting a door lock drive signal. A key includes an infrared signal generator. A receiver(200) is used for receiving an infrared signal and outputting a control signal. An infrared guide unit is used for guiding infrared rays. A mirror is installed at the door handle of the inner side of the door in order to reflect the infrared rays. The receiver is installed on a wall in order to receive the reflected infrared rays.
