PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for exchanging a prize for a game hall by which an illegal action is reliably and rapidly treated. SOLUTION: A ticket issuing machine prepares ticket issuing data by using input of pulse signals from counters (S201 to S204), and outputs the resultant data to a prize management computer (S205). The computer collates counting data from a hall computer for counting the pulse signals from the counters with the ticket issuing data from the ticket issuing machine. When both data are coincident, normality is reported to the ticket issuing machine, so that the machine performs ticket issuing processing in response to a button operation (S211) when the normality is inputted (S208:YES). In the case of non-coincidence in data, the computer reports an abnormality to the ticket issuing machine, so that the machine displays an error without performing the ticket issuing processing (S213) when the abnormality is reported (S208:NO).
