<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiver capable of restoring data at the transmit side. <P>SOLUTION: The data unit of each channel is changed to perform a multi-code transmission of the same data on each channel. The receiver receives the same data of different data units, identifies the location of an error, and retransmits packets in the shortest data unit.
