PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce oscillation of pitching and/or rolling of a vessel with a simple structure. SOLUTION: An ultrasonic oscillator (4) is provided to radiate acoustic streaming (AS) in a direction for restraining pitching and/or rolling to a vessel (2), and a posture detection means (6) of the vessel (2) is provided, so that the ultrasonic oscillator (4) is excited on the basis of detection results of the posture detection means (6). The ultrasonic oscillators (4) are provided on a ship bottom (3) of a hull (2), namely at a position near a port (2l) side, and a position near a starboard (2r) side, respectively. Ultrasonic oscillators (4A, 4B) are provided to fin stabilizers (10, 20) installed to hulls (2A, 2B). Also, the ultrasonic oscillators (4) are provided at the ship bottom (3) of the hull (2), namely at a position near a bow (2f) side, and a position near a stern (2b) side, respectively to radiate acoustic streaming (AS) to the bottom of the water.
