PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate installation, moving, and piping construction work of a pressure feed toilet stool, reduce a piping space, and prevent a discharge pipe joint from protruding to a side of the pressure feed drain toilet stool to realize a structure for preventing it from being removed easily in order to increase safety. SOLUTION: This pressure feed toilet stool is provided with a bowl receiving discharged excrement, a toilet stool provided with a discharge port for injecting washing water in the bowl, a pressure feeding means for pressurizing and discharging sewage water from the bowl, a discharge pipe for feeding sewage water discharged from the pressure feeding means, and a discharge pipe joint connecting the discharge pipe with an external drain pipe. The pressure feed toilet stool is installed on a floor. The discharge pipe joint communicating with a pressurizing means is fixed in a lower part of the pressure feed toilet stool by facing upward on an installation floor surface and is turned in an arbitrary direction which is substantially horizontal.
