<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weather strip (trim material or the like) having high effect of suppressing increase of sliding resistance against a coated car body panel and high persistency of the effect, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: A sunroof molding 4 to be mounted along the outer rim of a sun roof material 1 capable of opening or closing an opening of a roof panel 3 has a rough surface section 251 in a pressure contacting section 26 contacting with the roof panel 3 by pressure. The rough surface section 251 is made of molding material containing (a) olefin-based thermoplastic elastomer containing 50 mass% or more of polyolefin resin (polypropylene or the like), (b) solid particles (spherical silicone resin particles or the like) having average particle size of a range of 1-100 μm, and (c) liquid lubricant; (silicone oil or the like).
