PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a void which need not to be removed each time nor to be mortar-repaired after hardening of concrete. SOLUTION: The void is composed in such a way that rubber pipe-holding members 2, 2a with smaller diameters at their ends are attached on both ends of a cylindrical-shaped void body 1. The void body 1 is fixed in a frame, left as it is inside a wall 4 even after placing the concrete and the pipe holding members 2, 2a are cut along the outer diameter of a piping 6 for the piping 6 to be inserted so that the piping 6 is placed within the void body 1. Accordingly, unlike a paper-pipe void it is not necessary to remove the void every time the frame is dismantled nor to repair with mortar since the pipe holding members 2, 2a conceals a clearance.
