摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autofluorescent endoscope apparatus which can obtain the fluorescent images with a higher dynamic range without the use of an image intensifier. SOLUTION: The apparatus has the first image processing means which generates the interlaced type digital images by processing the image signals from the electronic endoscope, the second image processing means which outputs the interlaced video signals by processing the digital images and a control means which controls the imaging means so that the electric charges accumulated in a plurality of adjacent photodetecting cells are added up vertically and/or horizontally during irradiation with the excitation light. The number of the photodetecting cells with the electric charges added up under the control means is multiplied by an integer of the number of the photodetecting cells used for the computation of one color pixel and the combination of the photodetecting cells with the electric charges added up is changed depending on the odd or even field of the digital images.
