PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric leakage wave antenna with arbitrary angle polarization including 45°of high aperture efficiency, which has a simple feed structure, and can realize any opening surface distribution easily. SOLUTION: While a plate conductor 22 is provided at one surface side of a dielectric substrate 21, a plurality of metal strips 25 are provided in parallel with a predetermined interval at the opposite surface side. The metal strips 25 let electromagnetic waves emitted in the dielectric substrate 21 by a power supply unit 35 leak out from the opposite surface side of the dielectric substrate 21. The power supply unit 35 formed along with the top surface of the dielectric substrate 21 comprises a line 36 for propagating electromagnetic waves in a direction of a predetermined angle in relation to the metal strips 25, and a radiating unit 37 for radiating electromagnetic waves propagating on the line in a direction orthogonal to the metal strips.
